Publiambiente Spa is the company of Publiservizi operating in the field of urban and collection and disposal of waste. Publiambiente guarantees for citizens, municipalities and businesses, the full range of environmental services with a global service logic that goes from the collection of municipal waste and industrial waste, street cleaning, disinfection and management of public parks. Publiambiente operates in 26 towns of Tuscany, including the provinces of Florence and Pistoia. It has over 380 employees and 170 operational resources, a collection of over 387,000 inhabitants and produces a turnover of about 49 million, collecting more than 236,000 tonnes of waste. Publiambiente is one of the leading clubs in Tuscany in the collection with an average difference of 38% in the catchment area and with peaks of over 40% in many of the municipalities served.

Quadrifoglio Spa covers the area of the Valley of the Arno river, where they live about half a million citizens. ASM was founded in 1949 as a company to manage the municipal services of urban waste collection and water. After several corporate changes, in 2003, ASM has become an addition to the Spa town of Prato, which was the sole owner until his transformation, ASM is currently owned by other municipalities: Cantagallo, Carmignano, Montemurlo, Poggio a Caiano , Cantagallo and Vernio. ASM has three areas: environment, services, mobility. The environment includes the environmental health services, collection of municipal solid waste, separate collection, collection of hazardous waste, disinfection and disinfestation, the management of public green. It has over 290 employees and 190 operational resources, a collection of over 227,000 inhabitants and produces a turnover of about 49 million, collecting more than 196,000 tonnes of waste of which more than 67,000 collection (about 40% of the total province).
